Access to the content of Justinian is for subscribers only. Subscriptions are for 12 months duration and entitle users to access all material on the site justinian.com.au

Law Press of Australia is the publisher of Justinian and reserves the right to refuse to accept subscriptions and to cancel subscriptions subject to the payment of pro-rata refunds.

A new subscriber is entitled to a full refund of the cost of a subscription if Law Press of Australia is notified within seven days of the commencement of the new subscription that for any reason the subscriber is not satisfied with the service.

A single subscription entitles access to the site by a single user. Multiple users in any one organisation should access the material by means of IP fixing rather than user-name and password. Multiple use access is subject to a site licence and the subscription price will vary depending on the number of users.

Law Press of Australia reserves the right to alter a subscribers user-name and password.
